We are extremely proud to announce that 2 UCL School of Management alumnae have been named in the 2025 Forbes Europe 30-Under-30 list. MSc Entrepreneurship alumna Kiki Wöhl has been named in the Social Impact category, while BSc Information Management for Business (IMB) alumna Dolapo Morgan has featured in the Finance category.
First launched in 2011, the Forbes 30-Under-30 list is designed to showcase the young people that are changing the world, with listees determined by number of factors, including social impact, potential, and inventiveness.
Since graduating from UCL School of Management, Kiki co-founded DECAID Academy, a German EdTech platform that has taken the industry by storm through its use of generative AI. The academy equips agencies and marketing teams with the skills, tools and knowledge to thrive in today’s world. Launched only 14 months ago, DECAID Academy has trained more than 1,500 professionals and secured partnerships with key players in the field.
Discussing her incredible achievement, Kiki told us, ‘At UCL’s School of Management, I learned that dreaming big is only the beginning — you also have to dare to build it. It’s wild to think that the goal I scribbled down back then — to change education for good — is now starting to take shape. Thank you, UCL, for teaching me to think boldly (and sometimes a little rebelliously)!’
Additionally, Dolapo has become a trailblazer in her field. Since graduating from our IMB programme, Dolapo has gone onto an incredible career as an Investor at Ventures Platform Fund, a pan-African venture capital firm. She has led more than $15 million in investments across a large number of start-ups, and is the youngest leadership member at the firm.
We’d like to congratulate Kiki and Dolapo on their incredible achievements.
