On Friday 24 October, UCL School of Management will welcome serial entrepreneur and UCL alumnus Alberto Zandi to our Business Leaders Speaker Series to deliver a keynote speech entitled, 'From Idea to Execution: The Unfiltered Journey of Building a Business.'
Alberto will explore the raw and honest truth behind building one of the UK's fastest-growing hospitality groups, Emerald Hospitality Group (EHG), alongside his twin brother. Drawing on the valuable lessons learned from navigating substantial business growth without a predefined roadmap, Alberto will discuss the trajectory that ultimately led to 250 employees and an eight-figure revenue. EHG is the holding company of a portfolio of luxury restaurants, which offers guests a unique and distinctive culinary experience. In 2023, Alberto and his brother were recognised in the Forbes 30-under-30 list in Art and Culture.
He has also co-founded the Thriving Minds Podcast, a platform dedicated to enriching cognitive performance by building resilience and achieving mental agility.
